About the Company: An established, 83-year-old contractor is seeking someone to manage Preconstruction for one of their Texas offices.
Why: This company has experienced growth, which has resulted in a gap in leadership. They are unable to transfer someone from another office, therefore they must search outside of the company.
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years' experience managing Commercial construction projects up to $50 MM. Ideally, this would be someone to manage and build upon the current estimating group. This is a "client-centric" position. This person will play an integral role in development of new and on-going relationships.
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience.
